1.4 Background Verification

Candidates who progress to the placement stage consent to a background verification check conducted by Greymount Partners in partnership with Sterling Verify. This check may include identity verification, employment history, and where required by the client role, criminal record checks. All verification data is handled in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance

Greymount Partners provides executive search and talent placement services on a retained basis. We make no guarantee of placement. All candidate presentations are subject to client approval.

2.3 Background Check Fees

Background verification fees paid by candidates are non-refundable once processing has commenced. This policy exists because processing costs are incurred immediately upon initiation of a check. For disputes contact verify@greymountpartners.com.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Greymount Partners Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.

2.5 Governing Law
